CANVASSING / INQUIRING ABOUT CERTAIN ITEMS

1. Can I send a link from Taobao to canvass for a certain item?
Yes, you may. We will give a price quotation for the item that you are inquiring.2. What does the price posted in the page include?
The price posted is the sum of the item price and international shipping fee (ISF) via Sea Shipping. If you wish to avail faster shipping/air shipping, kindly refer to Shipping No.23. What if I can’t provide a Taobao link/canvassing for an item not posted on your page?
We can assist you as long as you can provide us with a reference photo of the item that you wish to find and see if there is any available item that we can cater.4. Are there any items that cannot be catered?
- Any gun-type weapons (swords, bows, polearm type are okay).
- Seeds, poultry, and/or grains are not allowed.

If you wish to purchase non-cosplay related item, kindly double check with our staff if it is possible to be catered.

PROCESSING OF ORDER/S

**1. How can I order? **
Kindly fill up the order form provided and wait for a PPPH staff to confirm your order slot. Once confirmed, kindly proceed with the payment and submit a Payment Form.2. If I have multiple orders, do I need to submit multiple order forms?
You just need to submit one order form for all of your orders. However, if you wish to order another item after we have processed your prior orders, you need to submit another form.3. After I have paid, will my order get processed immediately or is it by batch?
Once we have confirmed your order and payment, we will immediately order your item in Taobao. (Note: Kindly double check all the information of the item that you will order such as size, quantity, version, etc. as we cannot cancel an order once finalize)4. Am I required to pay the full price or do you accept down-payments?
- We require at least 80% downpayment for the total order price.
- You may opt to pay full price but it is not required.5. What MOP (Mode of Payments) are available?
We accept BPI, BDO, Gcash, Maya, and PayPal.6. If I have paid my down-payment, when do I need to pay the remaining balance?
We require the client to pay the remaining balance on or before their item/s arrive with us. We won’t be releasing the item/s ordered if there is still a pending balance.

SHIPPING

1. How long is the shipping from China to PH?
- For Sea Shipping, it would take 5-7 weeks, if no delays.
- For Air Shipping, it would take 1-3 weeks, if no delays.2. I want to avail Air Shipping, how much does it cost?
For Air shipping, kindly notify the staff that is currently assisting you that you want to avail air shipping so that we can give you the new quotation for the item/s that you are inquiring for.3. What local Mode of Deliveries do you offer?
- Same Day Delivery (Lalamove, Borzo, Grab)
- J&T Shipping (Regular Courier)
- Shopee Checkout (via J&T)

For pickups / meetups, kindly refer to “Shipping No. 5”.4. Who will be shouldering the shipping fee (SF) for local deliveries?
Customers would be paying the SF in full.5. Is it possible to do pickup / meetup during conventions?
Yes, we allow pickups during conventions that we will be having a booth. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare your items.6. When can you ship my order once it has arrived with you?
- For Same Day Delivery, we can ship your order at 6AM-7AM or after lunch.
- For J&T Shipping / Shopee Checkout, orders will be dispatched every Thursday.
